Dapo Adaramewa represents a new generation of African leadership: globally trained, deeply rooted in faith, and committed to nation-building.. Educated across three of the world's leading universities — Sheffield Hallam, Warwick, and Harvard — and most recently completing a Postgraduate Degree in Education at the University of Sussex, Dapo returned to Nigeria as a practitioner committed to serving his country. He leads Distinct Star Schools, a growing Lagos-based group educating over 400 students from preschool through pre-university, while also serving as CEO of Ovica Estates, a real estate company delivering professional-grade property solutions across Nigeria and beyond.
Dapo’s influence extends into public policy, governance, and national discourse. As a Governance and Strategy Consultant, he has contributed to political strategy and policy conversations at presidential and governorship levels, with a focus on governance, institutional reform, and youth engagement. His insights have drawn invitations from Nigeria's most respected media platforms, including Channels Television, ARISE News, and BusinessDay, where he speaks with characteristic directness on leadership, national direction, and the structures a prosperous Nigeria requires. Dapo Adaramewa’s mission is clear: to build people, strengthen institutions, and contribute to the emergence of a transformed Nigeria and a stronger Africa.
At the core of everything Dapo does is a conviction he has held from the beginning: that human capital is Nigeria's greatest untapped resource. Through his schools, his policy work, his mentorship of emerging leaders, and his entrepreneurial ventures, he is building the answer to that conviction — one institution, one leader, one child at a time.
